2. How do I schedule a doctor’s consultation for approval?
After adding a supplement that requires approval to your cart, you’ll be automatically redirected to a scheduling page to book a virtual or in-person consultation with one of our licensed practitioners.
3. How long does the approval process take?
Most consultations are completed within 24–48 hours. Once approved, your order will be processed immediately.
4. Can I buy supplements without approval?
Yes! Many of our wellness supplements are available without approval and can be purchased and shipped right away.
5. How do I know which products require approval?
Products that require a doctor’s consultation are clearly marked with a “Doctor Approval Required” badge on the product page.
6. What if I’m already a patient at your clinic?
If you’re an existing patient, your information may already be on file. You may not need another consultation—just log in and place your order. If additional info is required, we’ll let you know.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working to expand our shipping options soon.
8. What’s your return policy on supplements?
For safety and quality assurance, we do not accept returns on opened supplement bottles. Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
